I’m Frank Amorese, a 20+ year marketing, media, and partnerships leader.
I’ve built my career across some of the world’s most influential brands and categories from Axe, Dove, and Degree to Levi’s, as well as major players in financial services, digital platforms, and telecom. I’ve worked at agencies from BBH to Mindshare and later led Consumer Experience and Connections at Heineken USA, overseeing paid media, partnerships, branded content, and consumer experience for all brands including Heineken and Dos Equis. During this time, I also served on Disney and Netflix’s client leadership boards, advising on platform strategy, product evolution, and co-created opportunities.
I’ve directed more than $200 million annually across sports, entertainment, and cultural moments that reach millions — from ESPN College Football and Marvel to F1, UEFA, and Coachella. That scale taught me how to balance ambition with clarity: ideas must move culture and move the business.
It also showed me that teams only succeed when they’re aligned. Building systems, roles, and decision-making frameworks is now core to how I operate, because nothing is more frustrating than a great idea that dies inside the organization.
