About Me
Frank Amorese
Founder & CEO, Ammo Media
I've spent 20 years building some of the world's most culturally ambitious brands: Heineken, Dos Equis, Tecate, Axe, Levi Strauss and Trojan. I put those brands at the center of the moments that define culture: F1, UEFA Champions League, Coachella, Marvel Studios, ESPN College Football, the US Open, and the Super Bowl.
My career took me from agency life at BBH and Mindshare to leading Consumer Experience and Connections at Heineken USA, overseeing paid media, partnerships, branded content, and consumer experience across the full portfolio. At the peak of that work, I was directing more than $200 million annually. I served on Disney and Netflix's client leadership boards, advising on platform strategy and co-created opportunities. Work from that period earned Clio Awards, Cannes Lions, Effies, and a Cannes Creative Marketer of the Year.
What sets my approach apart isn't just experience doing the work — it's being trusted to teach it. I was selected as the Heineken USA representative responsible for bringing the company's global marketing playbook to the US organization. To sharpen how I think about execution under pressure, I trained in mission-planning methodologies developed by former British Special Forces. Being trusted by two of the world's most demanding organizations to learn, codify, and teach their most critical thinking shapes how I work with every client.
That breadth taught me one thing above all else: the quality of the idea is rarely what determines the outcome. It's the clarity and alignment behind it. That's why I started Ammo Media — and why the work still genuinely fascinates me.
If you're facing a moment that matters, I'd welcome the conversation.
